Invite Members

The Team Invitations feature allows you to add new members to your team by sending an email invitation.

1. Purpose of the Feature

Invite users to join your team so they can access shared resources, projects, and workspaces.

2. Accessing the Invitations

  1. Open the Team Invitations menu.
  2. The page contains three tabs:

3. Sending an Invitation

In the Send Invitation tab, enter the email address of the new member.

Click Send Invitation.

The recipient will automatically receive an email containing the invitation link.

4. Tracking Invitation Status

4.1 Pending

The invitation will remain in this tab until the recipient accepts it.

4.2 Expired

If an invitation is not accepted before it expires, it will move to the Expired tab.
If needed, you may resend a new invitation.

5. Permissions

Only users with the appropriate permissions (e.g., Admin or Team Owner) can send invitations.

6. Joining the Team

To join the team, the recipient must:

Open the email

Click the invitation link

Complete any required onboarding steps

7. Possible Error Messages

When sending an invitation, you may encounter:

  • Invalid email format — the email address format is incorrect
  • User is already a team member — the person already belongs to the team
  • Invitation already sent — an active invitation already exists for this email

8. Best Practices

  • Verify the email address before sending
  • Resend invitations if they have expired
  • Remove unused or outdated invitations to keep the interface clean
