To access your Steer account:
If your credentials are correct, you will be redirected to your dashboard.
1. Login Error Message
If the email or password is incorrect, the following message will appear:
Email address or password are not correct
In this case:
- Verify your email address
- Check your password
- Use the password reset flow if needed
2. Password Recovery
If you forgot your password:
Click Forgot password?
↓
Enter your email address
↓
Click Reset your password
An email will be sent to allow you to set a new password.
Note: For security reasons, if the email is not registered, no specific error message is shown.
3. Set a New Password
After receiving the reset email:
- Click the reset link
- Enter your new password
- Confirm it in Confirm Password
- Click Save
Once the password has been updated, the following message is displayed:
Your password has been reset
You will then be prompted to log in again.

To keep your account secure:
- Use a strong and unique password
- Do not share your password with anyone
- Log out when using a shared device
- Update your password periodically
